To ensure the hosting of the 4th Asian Para Games and facilitate large-scale blood donation activities organized by various departments and units, the Hangzhou City Health Bureau, in coordination with the Provincial Blood Center, actively responded and joined forces. Meanwhile, Singclean Medical also organized a blood donation event on October 23, showing their collective support for the "Donate Blood for the Asian Para Games" initiative.

The "Donate Blood for the Asian Para Games" initiative provided a valuable opportunity for passionate citizens to support the organization of the Asian Para Games through practical actions. The event lasted from 9:00 in the morning until 4:00 in the afternoon. Blood donors needed to meet a series of criteria, including being between 18 and 55 years of age, with a minimum weight of 50 kilograms for men and 45 kilograms for women. They were required to be in good health, free from underlying conditions such as cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, as well as recent surgical or medical histories.

Singclean Medical provided their employees with the opportunity to sign up and conducted initial health screenings, checking parameters like hemoglobin levels and blood type. Only employees who passed the screening were eligible to donate blood, which typically ranged from 200 milliliters to 400 milliliters per donation. Medical professionals were on hand to provide glucose solutions to maintain energy levels during the donation process. After donating blood, donors were instructed to apply cotton balls to the needle insertion site and rest for 10 to 15 minutes, with proper hydration. Donors also had the option to receive an electronic blood donation certificate through Alipay or WeChat, recognizing the value of their selfless contribution.
The successful execution of this event not only helps meet the blood reserve requirements for the Asian Para Games but also showcases the unity and enthusiasm of Hangzhou citizens, providing strong support for the successful organization of the games. It reflects the active participation of various sectors of Hangzhou's society in the preparations for the Asian Para Games, collectively writing a brilliant chapter in the history of the games.
