1, Don't exercise strenuously

3, Don't drink blood thinning substances
Blood thinning substances like alcohol, aspirin, caffeine shouldn't be drank. Because it can causes bruising or swelling in areas after injection.
4, Don't eat spicy food
After 24~48 hours of lip injection, besides alcohol and caffeine, spicy foods should also be avoided. Spicy food may cause stinging or burning sensations.
5, Don't drink water by straw
Using a straw will put pressure on your new lip fillers and may cause some discomfort, since there will be swelling after the lip injections.
6, Don't smoke
Smoking may increase the risk of infection after injecting the dermal filler. What's more, you also need to avoid the smoking environment. Because smoking will do harm to the fillers and skin.
