On the morning of October 15, 2023, Minister of Science,Technology and Higher Education of Portugal Elvira Fortunato and the Delegation of Portugal visited Zhejiang University to had a meet with Fu Qiang, the Deputy Secretary of CPC of Zhejiang University. And visit the Portugal-China joint innovation centre for advanced materials. Shen Jing, the president of Singclean Medical was invited to visit with them.
Elvira Fortunato said platforms like the China-Portugal Joint Innovation Centre are playing an important role in China-Portugal scientific and technological cooperation and innovation.
