Anti Adhesions Hyaluronic Acid Gel

Singclean Anti Adhesions Hyaluronic Acid Gel is a colorless, transparent and sterile hyaluronic acid gel which can be applied to reduce or prevent adhesions from forming after abdominal and pelvic surgery.

Abdominal Adhesions: Adhesions start to form within hours of surgery and can cause internal organs to attach to the surgical site or to other organs in the abdominal cavity. Adhesion-related twisting and stretching of internal organs may lead to complications such as abdominal pain or intestinal obstruction.

Pelvic Adhesions: Usually affects the reproductive organs. In addition to surgery, endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory disease

are typical causes of adhesions.

Small bowel obstruction: SBO (Small Bowel Obstruction) may be caused when adhesions pull or kink the small intestine and prevent the flow of contents through the digestive tract. Without immediate medical attention, SBO is an emergency and can be fatal.

1. Open Singclean® box and take the product out.

2. Follow the indication, peel-open the blister tray, remove the Singclean® syringe and place on sterile field.

3. After abdominal and pelvic surgery, inject Singclean® gel into the cavity to completely cover the surface of the organs.

4. In order to achieve the best adhesion prevention results, the gel should not only be applied to the organs that are operated on but also to cover organs away from the surgical

areas as much as possible.

5. The amount of gel in every single use depends on the area of surgical wounds. The maximum dosage regimen is no more than 50mL.
