Singclean Sodium Hyaluronate Anti-adhesion Barrier Gel is a colorless, transparent liquid gel composed of sodium hyaluronate and physiologically balanced salts. Hyaluronic acid (HA) is widely distributed in both animal and human connective tissue extracellular matrices, with higher concentrations found in the vitreous humor, umbilical cord, skin, cartilage, and synovial fluid. To avoid the risks associated with viruses and contaminants from animal tissue, we produce HA using bacterial fermentation.
HA differs from other natural mucopolysaccharides in that its molecules do not contain sulfate groups. Additionally, HA is not covalently bound to proteins and can exist freely in the body as an unbound chain.

Adhesion refers to the formation of abnormal connections or bonds between adjacent tissues or organs that are normally separate. It can occur after surgery when the body's natural healing process leads to the deposition of abnormal connective tissue around the surgical site.
This connective tissue, known as fibrous adhesions, can cause the tissues or organs to become stuck together, leading to complications and impairing their normal function.

Usage Steps
1. Open the Singclean® box and take the product out.
2. Follow the indication, peel-open the blister tray, remove the Singclean® syringe and place on the sterile field.
3. After abdominal and pelvic surgery, inject Singclean® gel into the cavity to completely cover the surface of the organs.
4. In order to achieve the best adhesion prevention results, the gel should not only be applied to the organs that are operated on but also to cover organs away from the surgical
areas as much as possible.
5. The amount of gel in every single use depends on the area of surgical wounds. The maximum dosage regimen is no more than 50mL.
