Singclean® HA OVD is a colorless, transplant, high viscoelastic hyaluronic acid gel for ophthalmic surgery. Singclean® is a high molecular weight (between 1,000,000~2,600,000) fraction of sodium hyaluronate (1.5% total weight ) dissolved in a sodium phosphate buffer. Viscosity of Singclean® is between 100,000~350,000 at shear rate of 0.001Hz,25°C.
Application
Singclean® is indicated for In cataract surgery the role of hyaluronic acid in facilitating procedures and protecting the corneal endothelium is well established. Some benefit has also been gained with the use of hyaluronic acid in penetrating keratoplasty, trabeculectomy, retinal reattachment and trauma surgery
