How to use it?
First expulse the air out of the ophthalmic Luer-Lock needle, then inject Singclean® Super appropriately into the eye. The injected amount must be adapted to the type of surgical procedure.
The needle should fit to the syringe Luer tip (shown in figure 1); however, overtightening may cause the hub to weaken and possibly detach from the syringe. Extraction of a test droplet is recommended prior to entering the eye, and excessive force on the plunger should be avoided.
Cataract extraction surgery, IOL implantation
0.2~0.75 ml into the anterior chamber, 0.1 ml on the lOL spreading.
Cataract surgery
0.1~0.5 ml injection into the anterior chamber.
IOL implantation
before implantation, 0.1~0.5 injection into the anterior chamber, 0.1 ml on the lOLspreading.
Corneal transplant surgery
after removal of corneal, 0.1~0.5 ml injection into anterior chamber, after transplant of corneal spreading around 0.1 ml.
