What is HCG?
HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is a hormone secreted by placental trophoblast cells. It is found in high levels in the blood and urine of women in the early stages of pregnancy, so it is widely used for early pregnancy testing.
We can confirm whether a woman is pregnant by testing HCG:
6-7 days after fertilization, the embryo implants in the endometrium and the placenta begins to secrete HCG.
10-14 days after fertilization, HCG in urine reaches detectable levels, and pregnancy test strips can detect positive results.

POSITIVE RESULT:

Two distinct colored lines appear. One line should be in the control line region (C) and another line should be in the test line region (T). One line may be lighter than other, they do not have to match. This means that you are probably pregnant. |

NEGATIVE RESULT:
|
One colored line appears in the control line region (C). No line appears in the test line region (T). This means that you are probably not pregnant. |

INVALID RESULT: |
The result is invalid if no colored line appears in the control line region (C), even if a line appears in the test region (T). Please review the procedure and repeat with a new test. If the problem persists, discontinue using the kit immediately and contact your local distributor. |
