How to Use it?
1, Check the integrity of sterile container, do not use if the package is broken.
2, Sterile technique should be observed in removing the gauze from its sterile container.Minimal amounts of the products inappropriate size are laid on the bleeding site or held firmly against the tissues until haemostastis is obtained.
3, The amount required depends on the nature and intensity of the hemorrhage to be stopped.

Precautions:
(1) Sterile, for single use. recycle not permitted.
(2) Do not use if the package is broken.
(3) This product is a supporting material to conventional hemostasis methods; it cannot replace suture and ligature, etc.
(4) Closing the gauze in a contaminated wound without drainage may lead to complications and should be avoided.
(5) This product has excellent water absorption, keep away from liquids before use.
(6) The product has a low pH; do not mix/use with enzyme based hemostatic agents.
(7) Do not remove the guaze before bleeding completely stops.
(8) Remove any excess after hemostasis is achieved in order to minimize the possibility of foreign body reaction.
(9) In urological procedures, minimal amounts of the product should be used and must be exercised to prevent plugging of the urethra, ureter, or a catheter by dislodged portions of the product.
(10) Since absorption of product could be prevented in chemically cauterized areas, its use should not be proceeded by application of silver nitrate or any other escharotic chemicals.
(11) Precautions should be taken in otorhinolaryngologic surgery to assure that none of the materials is aspirated by the patient.
Contraindications:
(1) The gauze should not be used in bone defects
(2) The gauze should not be used in packing or wadding, unless it is to be removed after hemostasis is achieved.
