Method of Use
Blood Collection with Anticoagulant
Draw 4 mL of ACD-A anticoagulant into a syringe, ensuring full contact with the inner wall;
Then, collect 36 mL of venous blood (typically from the median cubital vein) into the same syringe.
First Centrifugation
After thoroughly mixing the blood and anticoagulant, connect the syringe to the cone at the lower end of the centrifuge tube of this product (if necessary, use a two-way valve or three-way valve and other connectors);
Slowly push the syringe core rod to transfer the blood into the centrifuge tube, tighten the centrifuge tube cap, and place it in the centrifuge;
Use the same method to extract physiological saline to the same weight in another set of centrifuge tubes, place them in symmetrical positions in the centrifuge;
Perform the first centrifugation at a speed of 1730 r/min for 10 minutes and 30 seconds.
Red Blood Cell Removal
After centrifugation, use a syringe to connect the cone head at the lower end of the centrifuge tube of this product (if necessary, use a two-way valve or three-way valve and other connectors);
Slowly pull the syringe core rod to extract the bottom red blood cell layer from the centrifuge tube to about 3-5mm below the interface;
Discard the red blood cell layer, and seal the centrifuge tube with a new cap.
Second Centrifugation
The remaining part in the centrifuge tube was shaken and placed in the centrifuge; Another set of centrifuge tubes was discharged with the same weight of physiological saline, placed in the centrifuge at symmetrical positions;
Centrifuged a second time at a centrifugal speed of 2030 r/min and a centrifugal time of 10 minutes and 30 seconds.
PRP Extraction
After centrifugation, pull the pipette core rod of the centrifuge tube to extract the supernatant in the centrifuge tube and discard it until the required volume remains (if the amount cannot be extracted in one time, repeat this step);
The remaining volume in the centrifuge tube is PRP. Shake well and set aside.
Device Compatibility
