Singclean Anti-adhesion Gel
Singclean Anti-adhesion Gel is a biocompatible, absorbable, flowable gel composed of hyaluronic acid, sodium salt, and physiologically balanced salt. With no sulfate groups in its molecule and no covalent binding with the protein, it can exist as a free chain in the body for lubrication, moisture preservation, and mechanical isolation, preventing adhesions.
It is used for the prevention and reduction of postoperative adhesions of the abdominal and pelvic surgery.
Produced by bacterial fermentation without the risk of virus carriage.

What is abdominopelvic adhesion?

Biomechanical barrier
The main composition of Singclean® is HA. HA is a macromolecular mucopolysaccharide; N-acetylglucosamine and glucuronic acid alternately form a network structure. Therefore, Singclean® can form a network of macromolecules on the surface of the tissue, build a biomechanical barrier, block inflammation from normal serosal membranes, and prevent tissue adhesion.
Lubricating properties
Its lubricating properties can also reduce friction during wound healing and promote wound healing.
Appropriate absorption time
As a barrier to prevent adhesion, appropriate degradation time is crucial, and generally more than 7 days of HA will endanger the healing process of peritoneal wounds. Exogenous HA, under the action of hyaluronidase, is first degraded in lymph nodes and liver. After partial degradation, it enters the blood circulation, breaks down into monosaccharides, is transferred to the cytoplasm to participate in matrix metabolism, and is finally excreted from the body.

1. Open the Singclean® box and take the product out.
2. Follow the indication, peel-open the blister tray, remove the Singclean® syringe, and place on sterile field.
3. After abdominal and pelvic surgery, inject Singclean® gel into the cavity to completely cover the surface of the organs.
4. In order to achieve the best adhesion prevention results, the gel should not only be applied to the organs that are operated on but also to cover organs away from the surgical areas as much as possible.
5. The amount of gel in every single use depends on the area of surgical wounds.
The maximum dosage regimen is no more than 50 mL.
