Quickclean BV Self-Test for Vaginal Infections is to help diagnose bacterial vaginosis.
Which is a common infectious disease in women of childbearing age. The disease has a high infection rate, common occurrence of reinfection, and is easily transmitted (both sexually, and non-sexually).
When an infection occurs, pH levels can rise into a more basic environment. Bacterial pathogens in BV can also express an enzyme SNa, and can induce an inflammatory response where leukocyte infiltration elevates the levels of LE. Finally, as a bacterial infection develops, the loss of H2O2 producing Lactobacilli spp. can occur in the vaginal tract.
So we can use this combo test kit to measure for BV through the result of H2O2, LE, SNa, and the pH of the vaginal samples.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store below 2°C ~ 8°C. It expires after 12 months. The product must be used within 8 hours after the aluminum foil bag for reaction strip is unpacked.
Quickclean BV Self-Test Performance characteristics
1.Sensitivity: minimum detection level of neuraminidase should be 0.5U/mL.Minimum detection level of leukocyte esterase should be 0.3U/mL. Minimum detection level of Hydrogen peroxide should be 2μmol/L.
2. Consistency: when a same reference is used to test 10 cases, the color results shall be same.
3.Negative reference coincidence rate ≥ 90%
4.Positive reference coincidence rate ≥ 90%
5.Specificity: it won't affect the result if hemoglobin concentration is lower than 50mg/dL.
