Intended Use
Quickclean hotsale Bacterial Vaginosis Combo Test Kit is For qualtative determining hydrogen peroxide (H,0,)concentration, pH value, neuraminidase (SNa) and leukocyte esterase(LE) activty in femalevaginal secretion; only serving as assistant in diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis.
Test Procedures of Bacterial Vaginosis Combo Test Kit
Sample collect: Rotate cotton swab at vaginal fornix for 10-20 sec.
1. Take test kit out and stabilize it to room temperature.
2. Unpack the aluminum foil pack, take out reaction device and gently tear off the aluminum foil strip seal.
3. First, point cotton swab with specimen at pH value well to mark once and check the result immediately. Then add 4QOuL diluent into the tube, squeeze the tube wall repeatedly until the object fully comes out.
4. Add one drop (35uL) of processed specimen into the each of other three wells on the reaction strip. Then add one drop of chromogenic solution
into SNa well.
5.Place the reaction device on 45℃ constant-temperature dry bath for 15 min. Then place the colorimetric card on top of reaction well to compare colors, and immediately determine the result according to the following details.
LE well: The color won't be changed when it is negative. The color will be changed to bluish green or blue when it is positive , indicating the patient's virginal has varying degrees of inflammatory reaction.
H2O2 well: The color will be changed to red or light red when it is negative , this shows vaginal bacteria is possibly normal
The color won't be changed when it is positive, indicating the vaginal bacteria is possibly dysbactriosis.
SNa well: The color won't be changed when it is negative. The color is changed to purplish gray, brown or black when it is positive, indicating the patienthas possibly contracted bacterial vaginosis.
pH value well: Reaction well turns to yellow or yellowish green when it is negative, ie., specimen pH≤4.5.Reaction well turns to dark green, bluish green or blue when it is positive, i.e., specimen PH> 4.5.
