Singclean monkeypox PCR detection is used for the detection of nucleic acid from monkeypox virus in serum and human pustular or vesicular rash specimens from individuals suspected of monkeypox virus infectious. By specifically detecting the nucleic acid fragments of monkeypox virus, monkeypox virus can be quickly identified, which is suitable for rapid diagnosis of related diseases caused by monkeypox virus infection.
Symptoms
Monkeypox typically presents clinically with fever, rash and swollen lymph nodes and may lead to a range of medical complications. Severe cases can occur. In recent times, the case fatality ratio has been around 3–6%.
The incubation period (interval from infection to onset of symptoms) of monkeypox is usually from 6 to 13 days but can range from 5 to 21 days.
