LH testing is primarily used to assess women's ovulation, diagnose irregular menstruation or infertility, and monitor endocrine function and the ovulation cycle. A sharp rise in LH levels before ovulation indicates that ovulation is imminent, making it crucial for predicting the best time for pregnancy. Abnormal LH values may signal hormonal imbalances or issues with ovulation.
First, determine the length of your menstrual cycle. This is the number of days from the first day of your menstrual bleeding until the day before your next period begins.
Refer to the chart to identify when you should start testing.
If your cycle is shorter than 21 days or longer than 38 days, it's recommended to consult your doctor. If you're unsure of your cycle length, you can begin testing 11 days after the start of your first period, as the average cycle length is 28 days.

Test Procedure
Urinate into a clean, dry cup or container.
Remove the test kit from the foil pouch and familiarize yourself with the product. The test should be used as soon as possible, especially in environments with temperatures above 30°C or high humidity.
Strip Test: Dip the test strip into the urine sample, following the direction of the arrow. Do not immerse past the maximum line. Wait for at least 5 seconds, then immediately place the test kit on a flat surface.
Cassette Test: Place the test cassette on a flat surface. Use the dropper to add 3 full drops of urine vertically into the sample well (S).
Midstream Test: Remove the cap from the midstream device, and dip the test into the urine sample container. Wait for at least 5 seconds, then place the test kit on a flat surface. Alternatively, you can point the test downward and hold it directly in the urine stream.
Wait for about 5 minutes to read the result. Do not read the result after 10 minutes.

Negative (-): One or two red lines are visible. One is in the test region (T) and the other is in the control region (C). If the T line is lighter than the C line, or if no T line appears, it indicates that no LH surge has been detected. |

Positive (+): Two red lines are visible. One is in the test region (T) and the other is in the control region (C). If the T line is as dark as or darker than the C line, it indicates a probable ovulation within 24-48 hours. |

INVALID RESULT: |
Invalid: If there is no red line in the control region (C), this may indicate an incorrect operation or damage to the product. Please repeat the test using a new kit. If the issue persists, stop using the product immediately and contact your local supplier. |
